999vd Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 999vd platform (999vd.cam) and all associated services, mobile applications, and software. In these Terms, "we", "us", or "999vd" refers to the entity operating the platform, and "you" or "user" refers to any person using these services.

By registering on this platform or beginning to use any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use this platform.

999vd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Registered users will be given appropriate notice of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

999vd services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. When opening an account, you must confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may request identity documents or other proof at any time to verify your age.

2.2 Single Account

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any remaining balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 999vd reserves the right to close accounts and suspend any withdrawals if false or misleading information is provided.

• A valid and active email address
• An active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Correct date of birth

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. If your account details are compromised or you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

999vd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed violation of the Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Concern over money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process
• A self-exclusion request is submitted under the responsible gaming policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

999vd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300.

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted
• Deposit amounts will only be accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required during the verification process or for unusual transactions.

4.3 Verification

In accordance with KYC policy, 999vd may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• Minimum first deposit: ৳300
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit for the bonus to remain active
• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• A bonus applies to one account only; the same individual or household may not claim bonuses through multiple accounts
• 999vd reserves the right to change, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion
• Bonuses may be forfeited if a violation of promotional rules is suspected
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated

5.3 VIP Program

The 999vd VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. 999vd reserves the right to change VIP criteria at any time.

6.1 Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activity will be governed by the rules displayed on the 999vd platform. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Please note the following:

• Each game has its own rules and payout structure
• Bet outcomes resulting from technical errors will be settled at the sole discretion of 999vd
• Games using a Random Number Generator (RNG) follow fair play principles

6.2 Sports Betting

The following conditions apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded or settled based on the existing score
• Odds in live betting may change rapidly; the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final
• If match fixing or other irregularities are found, the relevant bets will be voided

6.3 Game Service Interruption

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection, power outage, or other technical issues, the game state is saved on the server. When the game is resumed, it will continue from the saved state.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999vd platform:

• Providing false or misleading account information
• Misusing bonuses or manipulating the bonus system
• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or security
• Engaging in fraudulent activity against other users

All content on the 999vd platform — logos, designs, software, graphics, text content, trademarks, and other intellectual property assets — is the sole property of 999vd or its licensors.

Under these Terms, users are granted limited permission to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Copying, distributing, or using any 999vd content for commercial purposes
• Attempting to reverse engineer the platform's software
• Using 999vd trademarks or brand identity without authorization

999vd will not bear any liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by a user's negligence or violation of the Terms
• Loss caused by the failure or disruption of third-party services (payment gateways, internet service providers)
• Loss caused by technical issues, cyberattacks, or unexpected system failures
• Loss caused by problems with a user's device or software
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government restrictions, and similar events

The methods by which user personal data is collected, stored, and used are described in detail in our separate Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you are also considered to have accepted the Privacy Policy.

999vd uses SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, transmitting data over the internet is not entirely risk-free, and 999vd cannot guarantee absolute data security.

To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC regulations, 999vd may share information with law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities where required.

999vd takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment, never a source of income or a way to solve financial problems.

11.1 Self-Exclusion and Limit Setting

Users can set the following limits for themselves:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Temporary account suspension for a set period (cooling-off period)
• Permanent self-exclusion (which is difficult to reverse once activated)

12.1 Right to Amend

999vd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be published on the platform and registered users will be informed by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

12.2 Termination of Agreement

You may request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining funds before the account is closed; however, this may not apply to accounts closed due to a breach of the terms and conditions.

12.3 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions and the relationship between 999vd and the user are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation.
